First week video clips

Truthfully when the first video on Kurt was playing I was too worried about trying to set up this blog then paying attention to the video. I did get his statement about traveling to different places and seeing the world in a different way. It is good to open up the mind and see other cultures and environments. To be placed in a situation perspective in seeing other types of plants and animals, to feel the difference in temperatures and humidity in the air and all the different smells. The simulations and knowledge from patterns and colors of the world can be an important tool to ones innovation in design work.
The second video I was glad to see that the two artist did a lot of hand drawing that they scanned into the computer. I love working with my hands and I wondered if I was going to lose something by switching to working on a computer.
